Hatteras Haven is plan to develop a multifamily building in North Hollywood. The area is undergoing significant improvement and a lot of development is occurring in the nearby neighborhoods. In fact, the building next door is relatively new. We purchased the land with a single small house on it, which has recently been demolished as we get plans ready to submit to the city.
