Our Story
Blue Python Development was founded in 2020 to concentrate on the residential real estate market in the Greater Los Angeles area. We seek unique investment opportunities where we can maximize value and allow our investment partners to participate.
Founder Rakesh Puvvada studied Computer Science and has a Masters in Management Science and Engineering. Since 2000, he has worked in the tech industry and started investing in real estate development projects in 2012. With time, his real estate projects grew in size and complexity and become much more significant. Rakesh knew that real estate development was his true passion and in 2017, he left a successful career in corporate America to pursue real estate full time.
An old friend of Rakesh Puvvada’s and a business partner from younger days chased him down wanting to begin a new venture. In 2020, the stars aligned and Blue Python Development, LLC was formed.

We have a very simple vision. We want to create amazing spaces that people will enjoy with their families. We could write about corporate goals, maximizing profits, shareholder values, which we do find important, but we believe those goals will be easier to achieve if our team is aligned behind this simple yet important vision. This reminds us and our partners daily as to our purpose. A home is a special place where each of us spend a significant portion of our life and requires the utmost care in planning, designing and building it.
